$220.00 a night + tax for use of only one bedroom.

Reservation and Cancellation policy:
A non-refundable payment of the first night of the reservation is required at booking. Seven days prior notice of cancellation or change of date is required. If cancellation notice given less than 7 days prior to check-in date, the guest will be responsible for full payment of entire reservation period.
